I’ve been working in and studying health and fitness for the last 10 years. It’s more than just my work, it’s my passion. I’ve studied Kinesiology and Health at York University at a Bachelors and Masters level and have added many other courses and certifications to my fitness repertoire, in order to help myself, and more importantly, you learn and be more comfortable exercising and working out.

Through my career I’ve had the pleasure of training clients 1 on 1, working in fitness centres, and have taught and lectured kinesiology students for anatomy, physiology, and general health and fitness classes. Education and translating knowledge effectively is something I strive for when training clients 1 on 1, in groups, or to large groups, while making the material or training engaging, effective, and fun.
