I’m Alex Rabindranath and I’ve been a Kinesiologist and Personal Trainer for 10 years. With my knowledge and experience I can help you attain your health and fitness needs and goals wherever you are on your fitness journey. Whether it be athletic training, rehab, group fitness and education, or learning how to start and incorporate fitness and health into your daily life, I’ve got you covered! 

I’m a Registered Kinesiologist and Trainer, and have studied Kinesiology at York University at a Bachelor and Master’s level. In addition to this, I have attained multiple certifications and courses, ranging from Pre/Post Natal training and care to KettleBell use and programming.

My overall goal with any and every client I work with, is to help them learn, enjoy, and feel comfortable and confident making fitness and health a part of your life. Consistency and quality are two of the keys to success in any domain, and I hope to give you the, or more tools to help you achieve success in your fitness routine.
